In his retirement, he and his wife enjoyed extensive travel together and with friends.Mr. He often serenaded his family and friends with his banjo or ukulele at gatherings or amused them with one of his groan-worthy puns. Mitnick was involved in the development of more than 5,000 homes, including Greensward in Cherry Hill and Tranquility in North Cape May, among many others. In a career spanning more than five decades, Mr. After college, he joined his father in a homebuilding business primarily engaged in the construction of single family housing developments in South Jersey’s Atlantic and Cape May Counties. Mitnick was raised in Collingswood, NJ, and was graduated from Collingswood High School and Princeton University.
